By using the FINDAT website or app you accept these terms, provided by Thien Digital LLC (8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste A #10468, Albuquerque, NM 87113, United States). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

FINDAT identifies items from a photo and shows market information —price ranges, recent sales and selling estimates— by comparing public listings from third-party platforms such as eBay, Wallapop, Vinted, Milanuncios, Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist.

You agree not to use the service for unlawful activities, for trading counterfeit or stolen goods, nor to attempt to alter, overload or extract data from the service in an automated way without authorization.

Prices, ranges, selling times and scores shown by FINDAT are estimates based on public data that may be outdated or incomplete. They do not constitute advice, an official appraisal or a guaranteed outcome.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity that occurs in your account. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.

We aim to keep the service always available, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or changes on third-party platforms. We may modify or discontinue features; significant changes will be announced in the app.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thien Digital LLC shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profit or losses arising from transactions made with third parties based on the information shown by FINDAT.
