Depending on how you use FINDAT, we may process:

• Account data: name, email address and login credentials.
• Photographs and descriptions you upload to identify items.
• Searches and radars you create, including items and target prices.
• Technical and usage data: device type, language and interactions with the app.

We use your data to provide the service (identifying items and comparing prices), manage your account, send you the Radar alerts you configure, improve recognition accuracy and answer your enquiries.

To compare prices, FINDAT queries public listings from third-party platforms such as eBay, Wallapop, Vinted, Milanuncios, Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist. We also work with infrastructure providers (hosting, email and notifications) that process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data.

We keep your data for as long as your account exists and, afterwards, only as long as necessary to meet legal obligations or handle claims.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hello@digitalthien.com. You can also delete your account from within the app. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

FINDAT is not directed at children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child without consent, we will delete it.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service. We will publish the current version here and indicate the date of the last update.
